This has been a really great year for us, and we have been blessed with so many things that I could never be thankful enough!
Not but a few days into 2010, we celebrate Ryanne's 1/2 birthday (which means within days she will be 18 months old!) It is so crazy how much she has grown over the past year and a half, but I am so thankful for her and the blessing that comes with a healthy, happy girl!
This was her very first bath in a real bath tub . . . well an inflatable tub in a real tub! haha!
By March, she finally had enough hair to actually clip a bow directly in her hair!!!!
She learned early that she needed a purse to go out. : )
We started the framework on our house in the spring :)
While we were building our house, she was trying to help open the box to put down the floors.
This was her first first day to play on the living room floor in our new house : )
We celebrated her first Easter
Her very first Watermelon. Not sure about the rest of you, but here in the south Watermelon is a big deal. : )
I baked and decorated her birthday cake with a little help from my Mother in Law
This picture was taken in June for her official "first birthday" pics (even if they were a month early)
Her very first bath in the sink at our new house : )
We moved into our house in April and closed on it in May : )
In June, Ryanne was christened in the same church that her Grandpa and Dad were both christened in. (Which was built in part by her great-grandpa!)
More of our sweet girl at her birthday party!
At around 13 months, she learned to walk and then to run (like she's so obviously doing here)
We celebrated at her first Christmas on the Square while mommy ran in the Heel the Soul race to help raise money for domestic abuse victims.
We took a trip to the pumpkin patch at Halloween
And like any true Razorback fans, we celebrated the Hogs season in style : ) Hopefully my 2011 recap will include the Hogs winning the Sugar Bowl in a few short days!!!
Of course, we also celebrate little Ry's second Christmas and it was so much fun!!!
Sorry for reporting our of sequence, but that's how my brain operates many days. . . out of order. I am so thankful for all the opportunities that we have with this sweet girl and the opportunity and blessing of watching her grow and learn each and every day.
Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him. Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warrior's hands. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate. ~ Psalm 127:3-5

I agree. Watermelon IS a big deal!!! You truly were blessed in 2010. Maybe 2011 will be even better.
