Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico. Doesn't it just make your mouth water? Especially as I watch giant snowflakes coat the ground outside.
I really have no desire to ski, but I've never been so I would just love to go hang out in the mountains and look at the gorgeous scenery from inside a lodge like this:
